Elbmar provides a full 3D component design services, and offer advice or assistance, if required, to customers providing their own designs.
Low cost prototype samples in FDM, SLS and SLA can normally be supplied in 4/5 working days from receipt of 3D files. These can ensure components are dimensionally correct prior to mould tool production avoiding time-consuming and costly modifications.
Advice on material specification, ensuring that the components meet your requirements, and are totally fit for purpose, is readily available.
