Elbmar’s injection moulding machines range from 25 to 320 tons, the latest being a 320 ton Haition purchased May 2014 with a shot weight of up to 1000 grams. Our ongoing investment in new machines means the very best in consistency of production parts giving customers what they require – every time.
All stages of production are fully monitored and parts are inspected prior to final packaging and despatch, thus ensuring that all customers’ requirements are achieved.
In addition we offer facilities for insert and over moulding of different polymers or metal components.
